Who is the full body package for?

It's for anyone who wants to stop shaving and waxing on all the main areas at once, instead of booking each area separately. Shaving and depilation only remove the visible part of the hair and leave the follicle untouched, so the results don't last. The laser acts on the hair root, slows regrowth and makes hair barely noticeable.

All areas are treated in one visit on the same schedule, so your course progresses evenly across the body. The best results come from the right laser settings, keeping to the intervals between sessions, and professional equipment. We use a diode laser suitable for all skin types, including tanned skin. Full body for women

For women the package covers legs, arms, underarms and the full bikini area, the areas most women want sorted first. Legs and bikini are also the most popular because that's where results show fastest. Full body for men

The men's package is larger: as well as legs, arms and underarms, it includes abdomen, chest, lower back and back. Back, chest and abdomen are popular first areas, because dense hair means results are noticeable quickly. That's also why the price is higher: more surface and denser hair mean a longer session. How many sessions, and how long the course takes

For the best result you need at least 6 sessions for each area, usually 6–8, every 4–6 weeks. Different parts of the body grow at different speeds: the anagen (active growth) phase lasts about 45–60 days on the torso and 60–90 days on the legs. That's why a full body course usually takes around a year and a half.

After the main course, 1–2 maintenance sessions a year are enough to keep your skin smooth. Shortening the gap between sessions reduces the effect, so stick to the schedule your therapist sets.

Risks and when to wait

Laser hair removal is safe when it's done by a trained specialist with professional equipment. Before your first session we hold a consultation to make sure it's right for you. Keep the following in mind:

• Sun exposure just before the session – raises the risk of burns.
