Why location matters for laser hair removal
Laser hair removal is a course of 6 to 8 sessions, 4–6 weeks apart. That's at least 6 visits a year. If every visit means an hour in traffic or a long search for parking, motivation drops, and an interrupted course gives weaker results.
Sofia's traffic is heavy, especially between 7:30 and 9:30 and between 17:00 and 19:00. A trip that looks like 10 minutes on the map can take 40 at rush hour. So it isn't enough for a clinic to be "in Sofia"; it needs to be in the right part of the city for your home, work or daily route. How to choose the nearest clinic
- Think about the route you take most: home to office, office to gym, the school run.
- If you use public transport, choose a clinic on the metro line: Serdika, Lozenets and Bulgaria Blvd. are easy to reach with a transfer and a short walk.
- If you drive, check which clinic is closest to the boulevards you use: Bulgaria Blvd., Lomsko Shose Blvd., Tsarigradsko Shose (Druzhba) or Cherni Vrah Blvd. (Lozenets).
- Factor in rush hour. A clinic slightly further away but easier to reach can be the better choice.
- Plan your course at one clinic so your time and costs are predictable. You can still switch if you need to.

Getting there: metro and parking
- Serdika (City Center) – inside a shopping centre with parking; metro lines 1 and 2 (Serdika and Opalchenska stations), trams and buses.
- Lozenets – near the Seminary and Cherni Vrah Blvd.; James Bourchier and European Union metro stations, bus lines and parking areas nearby.
- Druzhba 1 – 187 Tirana St., close to tram, bus and metro stops; free parking around the residential blocks.
- Druzhba 2 – Avigeya building, next to Druzhba metro station; parking around the office buildings.
- Nadezhda – on Lomsko Shose Blvd., with access from the metro and wide streets for parking.
- Bulgaria Blvd. – 98 Gotse Delchev Blvd., by Bulgaria Blvd.; many bus and tram lines (including tram 7) and parking around the business centre.

What to expect on your first visit
Your first visit follows the same steps at every clinic:
- Consultation – the specialist assesses your skin phototype, discusses the areas and checks for contraindications (an active tan, certain medication, skin conditions in the area).
- Treatment – the laser is set to different power levels for different areas and skin types. Built-in cooling protects the skin surface, and most people describe the feeling as a light pinch.
- Afterwards – we apply a soothing cream and give you tips for the next 24–48 hours: no direct sun, no hot showers and no intense workouts.
- Next appointment – in 4–6 weeks, at the same clinic or another one.
For a standard area the whole visit rarely takes more than 30–40 minutes. If you're new, your first session on an area of your choice is a free gift at any of the 6 clinics.
